The Australian Council for Computers in Education [ACCE] was contracted by the the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership [AITSL] to write some Annotated Illustrations of Practice [AIPs]
AITSL, in collaboration with ACCE, are developing and trialling ICT specific statements and annotated illustrations of practice for the Graduate career stage of the National Professional Standards for Teachers. These resources will enable pre-service teachers to map their proficiency against the Standards and will support the development of teacher education courses in the use of ICT. http://www.aitsl.edu.au/teachers/ttf/ttf-project.html
I worked on two of these with a senior colleague from a Melbourne University.
The first module was CyberSafety at Proficient Teacher Level. Here is the link to that material on the AITSL site.
The second module was Challenge Based Learning at the Graduate Teacher Level.
They will be made available through the Teacher Standards website upon completion of the project in 2012.
